Boris: After losing the first set, Kazakhstan became more alert and focused
The head coach of Kazakhstan’s national volleyball team, the players were awakened by Afghanistan’s first-set victory.
After winning against Afghanistan, Boris, the head coach of the Kazakhstan national volleyball team, stated that they were mentally prepared for the game, and the Afghan team was not as skilled as Kazakhstan.
He explained that the first set loss by Afghanistan was a wake-up call for Kazakhstan’s players, which motivated them to play better and dominate the opponent.
Boris Grebnikov also acknowledged that while they could have prepared better for the tournament, they improved their game and ultimately won. Additionally, Nudirkhan Kadyrkhanov, the captain of the Kazakhstan national team, emphasized that after two consecutive losses, the team was motivated to win this game.
He said they intend to arrive at future tournaments with increased training and improved quality.
