Issanayeh Ramirez Ferraz, the head coach of Pakistan’s national volleyball team, said after the victory against Bangladesh, which is being held within the framework of the 22nd edition of the Asian Volleyball Championship hosted by Urmia, every match is like a final for us. and we try to perform better in every match compared to the previous competition.
The Brazilian head coach of Pakistan’s national volleyball team described the technical level of the matches as high and added: “Pakistan players are excellent in quick services and receiving and they will be a tough opponent for the rival teams in the next matches.”
In the end, Ramirez Ferraz expressed his hope that the Pakistan team will be among the top teams in the Asian Men’s Championship.
Mubasher Raza, the captain of the Pakistan national team, said after defeating the Bangladesh team: “The victory in the first game was especially important for Pakistan.” From the first day of arriving in Urmia, we had special and continuous training under the supervision of the head coach, which had a great impact on the preparation for the first match.
Mubasher Raza added: “Pakistan has good players in the positions of setter and middle blocker, which led the game conditions to the detriment of the opposing team, and finally our team was able to come out of the field victorious and be ready for the next match with high spirits.”
