AVC Men’s Volleyball Championship 2023 / Jiang Jie We lost to China’s physical strength

Referring to the team’s bad luck and losing to China, Jiang Jie said: “There is nothing wrong with losing in the first game, although we could not show our main performance, we had a brilliant and quality show.”

He added: “The physical strength of the Chinese was higher and that’s why they defeated Indonesia, however, we have a chance to qualify and we can  do this by defeating Kazakhstan.”

Indonesian captain Hernanda Zulfi also said: “We played a very good game and I hope we will show a much better performance than this match in the next games.”

Regarding his team’s chances of promotion, he said: Of course, we have a chance to win against Kazakhstan, and our goal is promotion, and we will achieve this goal tomorrow.
