AVC Men’s Volleyball Championship 2023 / We’ve come to experience that the Urmia

The head coach of Thailand’s national volleyball team said: “We are not a perfect team, but we have come to Urmia to gain experience.”

Park Ki-won, the head coach of the Thai volleyball team, said in an interview after the team’s last practice before the start of the biggest Asian tournament: “The current Thai team is not perfect and we have tried to choose the best of this country, however.” There are some injured people on the team, and the technical staff and the medical team are trying to bring them to the matches.

Regarding his team’s goal in this tournament, he added: “We have a tough tournament ahead of us; however, we have traveled to Urmia to gain experience and we will try to show our team’s best performance.”

The well-known head coach of Thailand said about the championship contenders: Iran, Japan, China, and Korea are the main contenders for this tournament.

In the end, Ki Won said about the hosting and conditions of the tournament: The hosting conditions are excellent and we will witness one of the best courses.
