Bardia Saadat starts Superliga on high
TEHRAN – Iranian rising star Bardia Saadat started the new season of 2020/21 Superliga on high.
Saadat, who has recently joined Nis, scored 27 points in the match against Mladi Radnik on Tuesday.
Mladen Bojović from Mladi Radnik also scored 27 points.
Nis will meet Radnicki on Sept. 19.
Saadat, 18, is the youngest ever Iranian player who has joined a foreigner club.
He represented Iran at the 2019 FIVB Volleyball Men’s U21 World Championship, where the Persians won the title after defeating Italy in the final match in Riffa, Bahrain.
