Boy’s U19 Team of Iran Resume their 5th Preparatory Camp

Tehran, Iran, May 2, 2021 – The fifth week of the preparatory camp of Iranian Boy’s U19 Team of Iran started with 19 Players who are subject to additions or omission in the next camp.

All the players entered into the camp after negative corona test result and they should take the test every week.

Their training site is the halls of National Olympic Committee where the last four camps were held.

The national Boy’s U19 team of Iran is going to prepare themselves to take part in FIVB Boy’s U19 World Championship on Aug 24 to Sep 2.

Masoud Armat (Head Coach), Reza Asgari (Team Manager), Jafar Hooteham (Technical Manager), Ahmad Lahouti, Morteza Akbar Ashrafi, Ali Fatahi, Arash Sadeghiani, Hamed Samadi (coaches), Mahdi Hashemi. Amir Khaleghi (Trainer coach), Amin Shakeri (Statistician), Mohammad Mandegar (Doctor), and Mohammad Asadi (Masseur) compose the team staff.

Meanwhile, the Head of Medical Committee of Iran Volleyball Federation, Dr. Abareshi is holding Anti-doping course for the youth players to enhance their knowledge in recognizing the forbidden drugs listed by WADA.

Dr. Vaez will work on their mental performance as a team psychologist to aptly prepare them for their international events.
