Ferraz: We must maintain our focus in future matches
The head coach of Pakistan’s national volleyball team said: South Korea was a high-level team, and that’s why we lost against this team, but we must maintain our focus in the next matches.
After Pakistan’s 3-1 loss against South Korea in the framework of the 2023 Asian Men’s Championship, ace Sanaya Ramirez Faraz said: “Every match in this tournament is a final for us, and we care about it.”
He added: “We came out very well in the first set, but in the rest, our concentration was lost.”
The head coach of the Pakistan national team said: We have to work on our defense according to the team’s evaluation. Because Korea was a high-level team, we must maintain our focus in our next matches.
Mubasher Raza also said about this match: We had a robust analysis of the Korean team and played the first set well.
He added: Gradually, as the Korean game system changed, Pakistan’s players weakened, but the overall performance of the Pakistan team was satisfactory.
The captain of the Pakistan national team said: “We had an excellent feeling, and we are delighted that this tournament will be held in the city of Urmia.”
