Bruno, team captain of Brazil – “Serbia deserved to win, that’s the fact, but I have to say that the conditions in the hall were complicated. It was too hot”
Srecko Lisinac, Serbia blocker – “We played very well today. The first set we managed to survive, and then we started to play our game. We served great, we focused on the match and we won in front of this wonderful crowd.”
Nikola Grbic, head coach of Serbia – “The first set was somewhat shaky, Brazil was inspired, but we managed to answer to their game plan. After we stayed in the match, everything was coming up roses for us. We were good in almost every aspect of the game, and I hope we preserve this atmosphere in future matches”
