Four Teams Advance to Semifinals of Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship
The teams Shahdad Yazd, Foolad Sirjan Iranian, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi (Indonesia), and Pavlodar Volleyball Club (Kazakhstan) have successfully advanced to the semifinals of the 26th Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship.
According to the Communications Department of the Volleyball Federation, the quarterfinal stage of this year’s tournament continued today (Thursday, September 12) with four matches held at the dedicated Shahdad Yazd Stadium.
Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi (Indonesia), Pavlodar Volleyball Club (Kazakhstan), Shahdad Yazd (Iran), and Foolad Sirjan Iranian all secured their spots in the semifinals by defeating their respective opponents.
The complete results from the quarterfinal matches are as follows:
Thursday, September 12
– Al Rayyan Sports Club (Qatar) 0 – Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi (Indonesia) 3 (17-25, 18-25, 23-25)
– Pavlodar Volleyball Club (Kazakhstan) 3 – Kam Air (Afghanistan) 0 (25-20, 25-13, 25-22)
– Shahdad Yazd (Iran) 3 – Gaz Al-Janoob (Iraq) 0 (25-15, 25-21, 25-23)
– Foolad Sirjan Iranian (Iran) 3 – Sporting Club (Kuwait) 0 (25-21, 25-17, 25-17)
