FRIENDLY TOURNAMENT U17; The victory of Iran Volleyball U17 National Team against the host

The Iran Volleyball U17 National Team defeated the host in its second competition in the friendly tournament U17 in Sofia.

The FIVB Volleyball Boy’s U17 World Championship will start on the 24 August, and the Iran Volleyball National Team is in group B with the teams of Egypt, Libya and Tunisia.

In order to get more prepared, Arash Sadeghiani’s player participated in a friendly tournament U17 with the participation of Bulgaria, Brazil and Italy teams before the start of this competition, and in their second match, they faced the host team at 17:30 (Tuesday, August 20) and with the result They won 3-2 against this team.

The players of Iran volleyball won the first, fourth and fifth sets with the results of 25-21, 25-19 and 15-10 and lost the second and third sets to the Bulgarian team with the results of 25-21 and 28-26.

The initial composition of the Iran team in this game was made by Rauf Khushal, Amir Ali Farajpour, Shantia Behnejad, Mehdi Hosseini, Armin Asiai, Taha Mohseni and Masoud Emari (libero).

The Iran Volleyball U17 National Team will face the Brazil team in its third match in this preparatory tournament starting at 20:00 tomorrow.
