Grebennikov Boris: We faced a challenging group in Kazakhstan and unfortunately fell short of achieving our goal.
The head coach of Kazakhstan’s national volleyball team faced a tough group during the preliminary stage and had a slow start in their match against Uzbekistan, which affected their ability to achieve their goal in the preliminary stage.
Grebennikov Boris expressed his disappointment after his team’s win against Uzbekistan, stating, “Our aim was to make it to the group of 12 teams, but unfortunately, we fell short.”
He explained that the Kazakhstan team’s poor start in the match against Uzbekistan was caused by not reaching their goal, and as a result, they left the opponent to win the first set.
The coach of Kazakhstan’s national volleyball team stated that they were able to control the game and achieve their desired result starting from the second set.
Boris spoke about the challenging group in the preliminary stage, which included teams from Kazakhstan, China, and Indonesia. He stated that despite the difficulties, they have persevered and are now prepared to attain success.
After the match against Uzbekistan, the captain of the Kazakhstan national volleyball team admitted that they had underestimated their opponent at the start of the game, which resulted in them losing a set.
According to Nudirkhan Kadirkhanov, our team did not start the match with the right mindset and underestimated our opponents. As a result, we lost the first set. However, we were able to regroup in the second set and play our own game, ultimately achieving the desired outcome. This victory against Uzbekistan has kept Kazakhstan’s team’s hopes of achieving a higher placement alive.
