Hormozgan became the national youth beach champion

Hormozgan A team won the championship of the country’s youth beach volleyball tournament.

The youth championship beach volleyball tournament of the country (U21), which started on Sunday, August 18, with the participation of 28 teams in Shahrood, ended this evening (Tuesday, August 20) with the championship of Hormozgan.

In the final match of these competitions, the teams of Mazandaran A (Amir Ali Khajvand – Mehdi Alinejad) and Hormozgan A (Pouya Talebi Fard – Habib Naseri) faced each other, and the representative of Hormozgan won the championship by defeating the opponent 2-0.

The representative of Mazandaran was defeated in this match with scores of 24-22 and 21-10 and was content with the runner-up position.

Also, the teams of Yazd (Ali Sadeghian-Mohammadreza Hadian) and Tehran A (Mehrdad Karbalaei-Ali Asghar Momeni) went to the field for third place in the ranking match, and the representative of the capital won the bronze medal by defeating the opponent 2-0.

In this match, the Yazdis conceded the results with scores of 21-18 and 21-16 and were content with fourth place in the competition.
