Invitation of four Iranian volleyball referees to the Nations League of 2023
The World Volleyball Federation invited four Iranian international referees to judge and monitor the Nations League 2023
The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) will use Ebrahim Firouzi and Alireza Gharib to judge, Mohammad Shahmiri as referee supervisor, and Masoud Yazdanpanah as video check referee in the 2023 Men’s and Women’s Nations League
Based on this, Ebrahim Firouzi, the international referee of Category A of Iran, will whistle in the third week of the Nations, League of men’s group in the Philippines, and Mohammad Shahmiri, the other international referee of Category A of Iran, will play a role as a referee observer in these matches
The third and final week of the 2023 Nations League qualifying stage will be held from 4 to 9 July, next year, in the two cities of Anaheim, America, and Pasay, Philippines
Also, Alireza Gharib, the Iran international referee, will whistle with the B1 category in the third week of the Nations League of 2023 women’s group in Bangkok, Thailand
The World Volleyball Federation will use Masoud Yazdanpanah as a video check referee in the second and third week of the Nations League in the women’s group, which will be hosted by South Korea and Hong Kong
It should be noted that the preliminary stage of the 2023 Nations League volleyball tournament in the men’s group will be held from June 6 to July 9, with the participation of 16 teams, and the Iranian national team will face opponents in Japan, the Netherlands, and the United States
