Iranian Juniors Mark Unbeaten Results in Semi-final
The national junior volleyball team of Iran took a decisive win against Japan to earn the berth for world Championship.
As the public relations of volleyball federation reported, the national junior team of Iran took their seventh win in AVC championship where Japan accept the loss 3-1 (25-16, 25-16, 29-31, 25-19). The win sealed the World berth in Czech Republic.
The starting players of Ataei were Javad Karimi, Esmaeil Talebi, Amir Hossein Esfandiyar, Esmaeil Mosafer, Tayeb Eyni, Ali Asghar Mojarad, and Rasoul Aghcheli.
National juniors of Iran experienced six wins in straight against Turkmenistan, Qatar, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, South Korea, and Kazakhstan. And this is their first 3-1 win that happened against Japan. Iran will go to battle for the gold medal in the final match tomorrow on Sunday. The 18th editions of Asian U-20 Championship is running in Chinese Taipei and will last up to July, 17.
