Iranian Juniors sport unbeaten mark to assume leadership
The national junior volleyball team of Iran recorded their third consecutive wins against Hong Kong this time.
As the public relations of volleyball federation reported, the national junior of Iran beat Hong Kong in straight sets (25-13, 25-17, 25-15). The starting players of coach Ataei were Javad Karimi, Esmaeil Talebi, Amir Hossein Esfandiyar, Esmaeil Mosafer, Tayeb Eyni, Ali Asghar Mojarad, and Rasoul Aghcheli.
Iranian Juniors ended the preliminary round with decisive leadership by three wins and moved up as one of the top eight teams of Asia and is to compete in pool F against South Korea and Sri Lanka.
The 18th editions of Asian U-20 Championship is running in Chinese Taipei and will last up to July, 17. The preliminary round of Asian Junior Championship sets up with 16 participating teams wherein Iran swept wins in pool B against Qatar, Hong Kong, and Turkmenistan.
