Iranian Women suffer a straight loss over China
Ba’yi Shenzheng of China defeated Sarmayeh Bank of Iran 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-14) in the classification match for the quarter-finals placings of the “SMM” 2016 Asian Women’s Club Volleyball Championship at the Alonte Sports Arena on Tuesday.
Wang Yun Lu and Liu Yan Han finished with 16 points for Ba’yi Shenzheng, while Yan Jun Jing added 13.
China effortlessly fired powerful attacks led by Liu, who had 15 kills.
Ba’yi Shenzheng had a total of 41 hits compared to Sarmayeh Bank’s 29.
The Chinese, which only had 13 errors in the entire match, earned 25 extra points from the Iranians’ miscues.
Ba’yi Shenzheng will face Bangkok Glass of Thailand on Wednesday, September 7.
