The 2023 World Youth Volleyball Championship was drawn and Iran’s national Junior team recognized its global opponents
The 2023 Under-21 World Men’s Volleyball Championship will be held from July 7 to 16 this year in Manama, Bahrain
The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) made the draw for these competitions today (Friday, the 31 of March) and the players of Gholamreza Momenimoghadam, the head coach of the Iranian Junior volleyball team, were placed in the first group of the competition with the teams of Bahrain, Thailand, and Tunisia
16 teams will participate in these competitions, and the preliminary stage matches will be followed in the following four groups:
Group A: Bahrain, Iran, Thailand, and Tunisia
Group B: Italy, Brazil, Egypt, and Mexico
Group C: Poland, Bulgaria, Canada, and India
Group D: Argentina, Belgium, Czech Republic, and USA
The first preparatory camp of the Iranian youth volleyball team started on the 30 of March in 2023 in the camp of the national teams of the volleyball federation with the participation of 20 players
Arshiya Behnjad, Pendar Momeni-Moghadam, Farhad Haghshenas, Amir Mohammad Golzadeh, Amir Mohammad Khorshidi, Matin Jafari, Pouria Hossein Khanzadeh, Yunus Javan, Mobin Nasri, Pouria Hosseinpour, Amir Hossein Sadati, Ali Haqparast, Yusef Kazemi, Erfan Nowrozi, Shayan Sepeharifard, Mehdi Bayati, Sina Sadeghi, Sajjad Jolodarian, Hossein Haji Kalate, and Komil Khojaste are the players invited to this camp
