Nasri: The referee was in favor of the opponent
The recipient of power for the national volleyball team of Iran expressed that despite the efforts made by the team, they faced considerable challenges due to the referee’s repeated favoritism towards the Czech team. However, the recipient remains optimistic and anticipates the team’s optimal performance in their upcoming match against Italy.
On the 12th of October, the Iranian national volleyball team engaged in their fourth match of the competition against the Czech Republic. The team is in the first group, accompanied by Brazil (host), Italy, Cuba, Ukraine, Germany, and Qatar.
Although Behrouz Ataei’s team lost their third game in this competition, they played well and showed determination with scores of 25-17, 25-22, 21-25, and 25-20.
Regrettably, the Iranian national volleyball team’s power receiver expressed his disappointment with the match’s outcome against the Czech Republic by stating, “Unfortunately, we let the game slip away. We did our best, but it wasn’t enough.” Despite their efforts, the team could not secure a victory and must focus on improving their performance in future matches.
We’re confident in our upcoming match against Italy and excited to show our skills. While there were concerns about the referee’s decisions in the previous game, we remain optimistic and eager to give it our all.
