Premier League Formulation AnnouncedExcitement is going to return to the volleyball halls all around Iran.

 Tehran, Iran, October 20, 2021 – The formulation of the premier league was announced by the league organization of Iran.

In the preliminary round, the teams will compete in the form of home and away matches, then the top eight teams will move up to the playoffs. The first and second round of playoffs will be held in the form of two out of three matches.

In the first round of playoffs, the top eight teams in the preliminary round will face each other and the winning teams will advance to the next round. At this stage, the first teams will compete with the eighth, the second with the seventh, the third with the sixth and the fourth with the fifth.

In the second round of playoffs, the winning teams of the first round will face each other in three matches so the winning teams will take the chance to the final four. The losers of the first stage will compete in three matches for the fifth to eighth playoffs. In all these stages, the teams that have gained a better position in the preliminary round will award the hosting advantage of first and third matches.

Classification of the 9^th-14^th teams are determined based on the final table of the pool play and two teams at the bottom of the table are relegated to 2022 Men’s First league.

The finalists will set up the clash in single elimination to recognize their final berth.
