Sarmayeh Bank Step onto the Podium in Iran’s Super League
Ardakan, Iran, March 17 – Sarmayeh Bank in his third presence in Men’s Super League of Iran steps on the podium.
In the final match, Sarmayeh Bank thrashed the hosts Ardakan 3-1 to take the championship for the third time in row. The inexperienced Ardakan could bring wonder to the league this season as in their third ever presence in the super league; they could reach the final round with a completely Iranian staff and players with no legionnaires. Although they deserved victory, Sarmayeh Bank prevailed this green squad with the maximum number of national players.
This completive final match was held before 3000 spectators in Ardakan and president Ziayee along with The General Secretary, Dr. Afshardout watched the match onsite.
Igor Kolakovic, the head coach of Iran national team with his Iranian assistant Payman Akbari were in the hall to evaluate the players in the final run which took 120 minutes.
Sarmayeh Bank played 28 matches overall and stood top on the podium with 25 wins and 3 losses, most of their matches were finished in straight sets showing the dominance of this team,

It is noteworthy that the super league of Iran is shorter than that of the Europeans and is finished in March a week before the commencement of Iranian New Year.
