Seyed Mohammad Mousavi Exits Match Due to Knee Pain
Yazd, Iran – Seyed Mohammad Mousavi, the middle blocker for Foolad Sirjan Iranian, experienced knee pain and exited the match against the Qatari team.
According to the Volleyball Federation’s Communications Department, the third day of the Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship continued today (Tuesday, September 10) with four matches at the 6,000-seat Shahdab Yazd hall.
In the final match of the day, Foolad Sirjan faced Al-Rayyan Qatar. During the first set, Seyed Mohammad Mousavi collided with Esfandiar and felt pain in his knee. Following the coach and medical staff’s decision, he was substituted and taken out of the match.
Mousavi is one of the most decorated players in the Asian Men’s Club Championship, having been named the best defender in six editions of the tournament.
