The Asian Beach Volleyball Open Tour will be held from November 7 to 11 and the Asian Men’s Beach Volleyball Championship will be held in Bandar Abbas from November 14 to 18, and eight teams from Iran will participate in these competitions, four of which are in the tour. Azad Asia and four teams face their opponents in the Asian Men’s Championship

We are going through good and intensive training and I hope that with this good and regular training we will defend the dignity of beach volleyball in the upcoming competitions and get the best results

He, who is 33 years old, explained about the presence of young and teenage players in the coastal national teams: the presence of these young people along with the experienced ones is a good thing, in this way they are supported. The more these young people experience the competition’s conditions, the more they will benefit the country’s beach volleyball

Mirza Ali, stating that this is the first time he participates in the tournament as Arash Vakili’s assistant, added: This player is one of the experienced players of the national team. In this first experience, we hope to reach the necessary coordination and result

In response to the question of how much time it takes for experienced players like you to coordinate with a teammate, he said: The more matches we participate in, the better we coordinate. Beach volleyball has two players and they must be very close to each other in terms of technique, playing style, and mentality to get the necessary result

Mirza Ali, who has been playing as a beach volleyball player for about ten years, further stated: The Asian men’s championship is considered the most important beach tournament of the old continent, and the strong teams of the region, including Qatar and Australia, are present in it. Iran’s main rivals are these two teams, which were always among the top four teams. We try to reach the level of these teams

The final stage of the preparation camp for the national beach volleyball teams to participate in two crucial Asian beach tournaments started today (Wednesday, November 2nd) in Bandar Abbas and will continue until Monday, November 7th

Bahman Salemi, Arash Vakili, Abdulhamid Mirzaali, Alireza Aghajani, Abbas Pourasgari, Habib Naseri, Zargham Mansouri, Mojtaba Aro, Mehdi Mahfovi, and Sina Shoukti are the players participating in this camp
