The agenda of this meeting was to review the calendar of volleyball matches in 2021 and the presence of Iranian national teams in 18 volleyball events in 2021 , in which the members of the technical committee expressed their views in a very wide and detailed discussion.

Behrouz Ataei, the head coach of the national Senior team, and Mohammad Vakili, the head coach of the national youth team, explained their plans for a worthy presence in next year’s events.

Gholamreza Momeni Moghaddam also participated in this meeting as the main option to lead the national youth team, presenting his plans for training camps and participating in the AVC Volleyball Cup and the 2022 Asian junior Championship.

In the end, the president of the volleyball federation thanked the members of the technical committee who expressed their views to protect the national interest, and said: “It is natural that the work before the federation will be done based on the expert issues raised in this meeting.”

Dr. Mohammad Reza Davarzani, recalling the general and economic conditions of the country, which has made work difficult for all areas, said: “Fortunately, volleyball has designed its route in such a way that it has a complete program for all age groups of men and women next year.”

“We try to make good plans for volleyball,” he said. Next year we have different competitions where each event has its own goals and importance that must be considered in order to participate in that particular strategy.

The referee also referred to the discussion of creating a scientific committee for national teams in this meeting and said: “It is a very good proposal and we will use the experience of university professors in this field.”

He stressed: “The main concern of all is to improve the position of volleyball in Iran and the federation will do its best in this regard, so if members of the technical committee and experts deem an issue necessary for the growth of volleyball, discuss it with federation officials, because we are trying.” To use the opinions of all volleyball families.
