WCH QT/ Iran closed the match with 3-0 victory against Qatar

Ardabil, Iran, August 14, 2017 – The host Iran demolished Qatar 3-0 (25-22, 25-19, 25-19) to close the Qualification Tournament with victory at Rezazadeh 6000-seat stadium where both China and Iran secured the berth for 2018 World Championship yesterday.

Igor Kolakovic already confident with achieving world ticket used his second players against Qatar. His belief into his players made them responsible to do a great job in the opening set 25-22. The match continued with Iranian second players boosting their fighting soul improving the record to 25-19 in the second set.

The third set seems easier than the others as the Iranian young players found the hang of the match. Three substitutions were made by coach Giaccardi but it was all in vain as the host closed the set 25-19 and the match 3-0.
