We Will Perform Well
In a recent statement, Sergey Gribo, head coach of Kazakhstan’s Pavlodar Volleyball Club, expressed his team’s determination to excel in the upcoming Men’s Asian Club Championships. “Like other teams, we aim to win and will strive to deliver an impressive performance,” he said after the team’s first training session at the main competition court.
According to the Volleyball Federation’s communications department, Gribo noted that this is his second visit to Iran, having previously traveled to the country in 2006 with Kazakhstan’s youth national team. “I am familiar with the other teams and their coaching staff in the Asian Club Championships, and I believe the competition will be of a high standard,” he added.
Reflecting on his arrival in Yazd, Gribo remarked, “We arrived yesterday and have been met with warm hospitality from the locals. The hotel accommodations and transportation conditions are satisfactory.”
He concluded with optimism, stating, “I hope the people of Yazd enjoy high-quality matches during the tournament.”
