The 17th edition of the Men’s World Club Championship will start at 00:30 tonight (Wednesday night) Tehran time with the participation of six teams hosted by the Brazilian city of Betim

Paykan team of Tehran, which participated in this competition as the champion of the old continent of Asia, will face South American runner-up Itambé Minas from Brazil in the opening match

The Paykan is participating in their fifth world test and Itambé Minas is participating in the World Club Championship for the first time, and in terms of Paykan’s experience, he has better conditions, but this competition is held in Brazil, and the score of the audience’s support is the most important point of the superiority of the Brazilian representatives in these competitions

This match will be held in the Braga hall of Betim city, which is experiencing its sixth hosting in this competition, and the other match of the first day will be held at 3:30 am on Thursday, December 8, between the two teams of Sada Cruzeiro Vôlei and Vôlei Renata, both from Brazil

Paykan Tehran team will play against Trentino Itas Italy (runner-up of Europe) in their second match at 03:30 on Friday morning, and if they win in one of these matches, they will have a great chance to advance to the final stage

This morning (Wednesday, December 7), the coordination meeting of these competitions was held in the conference hall of Novotel Savasi. Head coach Peyman Akbari, coach Ali Fatahi, physiotherapist Erfan Madah, and Paykan team manager Saeed Ali Asghar participated in this meeting
