World Men’s U21 Champs/ Iranian Juniors proved stronger skills than Italy
České Budějovice, Czech Republic, June 23, 2017 – Iran did not give their opponent Italy any chance to make a set as they overplayed the team led by Michele Totire by 25-22, 25-19, 25-21.
The opposite players from both teams scored the most points despite poor success rates. This match was not about individuals as the strong team play by Iran led the team to celebrate their success.
In the first set, Italy could have done better on the receiving side. Iran took their chance to control the game which led to a quick 2:0 lead.
Italy did everything to come back in the third set but it was Iran’s strong team skills that made the 3:0 win over Italy.
